1. Introduction

Welcome to HerbalPlus. By accessing or using our website at herbalplus.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site.

2. Independent Distributor

HerbalPlus is operated by Lorenzo Vanzo, an Independent Herbalife Member, Calle Honduras 12, 35010 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. HerbalPlus is not Herbalife International or Herbalife (U.K.) Limited. All products are genuine Herbalife products dispatched from Herbalife UK warehouses.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases.

4. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in British Pounds (£ GBP) and include applicable VAT where stated.

We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect the exact product appearance.

5. Orders and Payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT. The total price, including shipping, is displayed before you confirm payment. Payment is taken in full at checkout, processed securely (SSL/https) by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. No subscriptions or recurring charges. Right after payment we may offer one optional add-on product for your order: if you accept it by clicking "Yes, add it", the payment method you just used is charged once more for the amount shown, and the item is added to the same order. Nothing is charged unless you click; the same cancellation and returns rights apply.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). Products are dispatched from Herbalife UK warehouses. Delivery is FREE on every order that includes at least one product; orders consisting only of accessories (shakers, scoops, bottles) carry a flat £4.99 delivery charge. A minimum order value of £20 applies. Delivery charges, if any, are shown in your cart and before you confirm payment. Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are usually delivered within 1–3 business days by DPD. Delivery times are estimates. A DPD tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. 7. Returns and Refunds

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Email info@herbalplus.co.uk with your order number to start a return. Unopened and undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free: we provide a prepaid DPD return label for every eligible return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and checking the returned items. See our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of HerbalPlus or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Herbalife trademarks and logos are the property of Herbalife International.

9. Limitation of Liability

HerbalPlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Changes to Terms
