Where we ship

United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). Products are dispatched from Herbalife UK warehouses.

Shipping cost

UK delivery is FREE on orders of £50 or more. Smaller orders pay a contribution to carriage: £4.99 for orders under £29 and £3.99 for orders between £29 and £49.99 (calculated on the product subtotal, before any discount code). Orders made up only of accessories (shakers, scoops, bottles) are delivered for a flat £6.00. There is a minimum order value of £20. Everything is shown in your cart before checkout; no other charges apply.

Delivery time

Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are usually delivered within 1–3 business days by DPD. Delivery times are estimates.

Tracking

A DPD tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Changing or cancelling an order

Contact info@herbalplus.co.uk as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you can still cancel within 14 days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds policy.

Damaged or missing items

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund.
