Where we ship

United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). Products are dispatched from Herbalife UK warehouses.

Shipping cost

FREE UK delivery on every order that includes at least one nutrition, sports or skincare product. Orders made up only of accessories (shakers, scoops, bottles) are delivered for a flat £4.99 – add any product and delivery becomes free. There is a minimum order value of £20. Everything is shown in your cart before checkout; no other charges apply.

Delivery time

Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are usually delivered within 1–3 business days by DPD. Delivery times are estimates.

Tracking

A DPD tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Changing or cancelling an order

Contact info@herbalplus.co.uk as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you can still cancel within 14 days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds policy.

Damaged or missing items

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund.
