Right to cancel
You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Email info@herbalplus.co.uk with your order number to start a return.
30-day returns
Unopened and undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
How to return
1) Email info@herbalplus.co.uk with your order number.
2) We reply within 1 business day with a prepaid DPD return label and a returns form.
3) Pack the items well, attach the label and drop the parcel at any DPD pickup point.
Return shipping
FREE – we send you a prepaid DPD return label for every eligible return, whatever the reason.
Refund
Issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and checking the returned items. Card refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Available on request for other Herbalife products of equal value.
Non-returnable
Opened or used consumable products, for hygiene and safety reasons, unless faulty.
